Standardized Patient (SP) Fee Structure:
No charges will be assessed for internal learner events on Cleveland Clinic Campus.
Charges will be assessed for any of the following:

If the event hosts external participants

If the event includes registration fees

If the event is funded in any way

If the event is cancelled within 2 weeks of the scheduled date

If the event is scheduled for off hours (Business hours are Mon-Fri 8-5:00PM)

If back-ups are requested (which are only provided by request)
